En el marco del portafolio de Educación y Sociedad, el British Council en Argentina está desarrollando diversos servicios presenciales y remotos tendientes a promover la internacionalización de la educación superior (IES). Tal iniciativa permite no solo incrementar el flujo de alumnos desde y hacia el extranjero, sino también visibilizar y masificar la oferta educativa y la producción científica locales en otros países (principalmente, anglófonos).
Un pilar fundamental para alcanzar estos hitos consiste en que alumnos, docentes e investigadores desarrollen capacidades bilingües –con un foco estratégico sobre competencias en lengua inglesa.

Within the framework of the Education and Society portfolio, the British Council in Argentina is developing various face-to-face and remote services aimed at promoting the internationalization of higher education (IES). This initiative allows not only to increase the flow of students from and to foreign countries, but also to make visible and to massify the local educational offer and the scientific production in other countries (mainly English-speaking).
A fundamental pillar to reach these milestones is that students, teachers and researchers develop bilingual capabilities – with a strategic focus on English language skills.
